Ordering Information
The following information covers our policies regarding shipping, returns and ordering. If you have questions not addressed here, you can reach us at sales@blessedmoon.com. You'll receive a response within 48 hours during business days.
We have chosen to no longer list a contact phone number because we were getting bombarded with inappropriate phone calls. We were getting calls from prejudiced persons who believed their faith was the only way.
Wholesale inquiries- we do not sell wholesale.
Please note we are an internet-only business. We do not have a physical store and unfortunately cannot arrange for pick-ups. Thank you for your understanding.
Mail Order
If you wish to mail in an order using a money order or cashier's check, or if you wish to pay with credit card but you don't want to submit it online, please use our Mail Order Form.
If you wish to place an order and pay with Paypal, you are welcome to place your order online and provide your contact e-mail address. We will send you a Paypal funds request for the total. We ship to confirmed addresses only. You can also mail in your order form with your contact e-mail address.

Payment Methods
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express are accepted online. You can also use credit cards on our mail order form. Address verification and security number verification are used on all credit card orders. We do not accept international credit cards.
Mail-in orders: cashier's checks and money orders can be used with our mail-in order form. Personal checks are accepted; however, the address must be printed on the check, and customers should allow 10 business days for the check to clear.
Paypal: Customers wishing to use Paypal should use our online ordering form and choose Paypal as the payment Option. Please provide your contact e-mail address. We will then send a funds request through Paypal. Paypal payments will be accepted for confirmed addresses only.
Blessed Moon will not process suspicious transactions. We report all fradulent and suspicious credit card and Paypal transactions to our state and federal authorities.
Shipping Information
Blessed Moon ships to the following locations: the United States, the US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to Canada or any other country. Certain items may not be shipped to certain states based on state law.
Most items are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS, based on the weight and dimensions. All items are shipped via a ground service. Our shipping rates are based on the final total price of purchases made and paid for in the same transaction, excluding sales tax. Shipping rates are not negotiable. We do not ship to international forwarding services.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. Standard ground delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow for extra processing time during busy seasons, such as holidays.
Sales Tax
All Rhode Island residents must pay 7 percent sales tax on taxable items.
Backorder Policy
On rare occasions, an item may go out of stock before your order is received. If an item does go on backorder, we will notify you of the estimated ship date. We will send the rest of your order and leave the remaining item(s) on backorder, unless you request the backorder to be canceled. If the total dollar value of the item(s) on backorder is $5.00 or less, we'll automatically cancel the backorder and ask you to reorder the item(s) on your next order.
We will not charge your credit card for an item that is on backorder before it ships. If you pay for your order with a cashier's check, money order or Paypal, we will hold on to your funds and then send the item(s) as soon as stock returns; if you wish to cancel your backordered item(s), the funds you paid will be counted as a store credit. If an item is backordered more than 30 days, we will automatically cancel it from your order.
We will not charge any additional shipping costs for sending the backorders item(s), which will be sent as soon as the product comes back into stock.
In extremely rare circumstances, an item may be discontinued by the manufacturer, publisher or vendor before we have a chance to take it off the website. If so, we will let you know right away and we'll unfortunately have to cancel the item(s) off your order.
Warranty Information
In the event you need warranty assistance with a product, please contact the product manufacturer or vendor. Warranty claims for defective products are handled by the company that created or manufactured the item.
Shipping Damage
In the event an item arrives damaged:
Please request a return authorization number. Please e-mail returns@blessedmoon.com with your order number, the product name and part number, the quantity and the reason for return.
Please retail all packaging, wrapping, packing slips and documentation that came with the item.
Blessed Moon must be notified of items that arrive damaged within 7 calendar days of the date of the product's arrival at the customer's location.
Items that are returned because of shipping damage will be replaced with the same or a similar item. If the item is no longer available, you will be given store credit.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Blessed Moon for all products being shipped for return, exchange or replacement. Products exchanged or replaced will be shipped by Blessed Moon to the customer, at our expense, using the same shipping method as was used by Customer to ship the original products back to us.
Return Information
We understand that sometimes customers may need to return a product. Please follow the following guidelines if you wish to request a return:
To request a return authorization number, please e-mail returns@blessedmoon.com with your order number, the product name and part number, the quantity and the reason for return.
We are not responsible for returns sent back without a return authorization number.
Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of product arrival (at the customer's site).
All returns are subject to a 15 percent restock fee.
Certain products are not returnable due to health and safety regulations, including but not limited to hair pieces, herb packages, and earrings.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost to us. We recommend you send your returned merchandise via an insured and tracable method. We are not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit to us.
Opened software, videos, DVDs, cassettes and CDs may not be returned.
If your item(s) were paid for via cashier's check, money order or Paypal, you will have a store credit for the value of the items minus the applicable restock fee.
We are not responsible for items that are lost in shipment due to invalid shipping information, or for items where the person or company receiving the shipment authorizes a third party to sign for delivery.
Please note: Pursuant to current United States Postal Service regulations and other state and federal laws, we do not make any promises, guarantees or claims as to the effectiveness of any and all products sold in our auctions, Yahoo storefront, or eBay store for medicinal, health or occult purposes. The information provided for your reference is from historical/traditional uses and are intended to help you make informed decisions. No information provided or products sold are being offered as a perfect substitute for or complement to health care.
